Can doing the exercises cause headaches, dizziness, etc?
At the beginning, some discomfort may be caused, as happens in the first few days, when going to the gym.
After I did the visual exercises I noticed some redness in my eyes, is this normal?
It can happen sometimes, it is not serious, it is just a little strain on the eye muscles. Use moderation.
After I did the visual exercises I had a sensation of heat in my eyes, is this normal?
This is very good, it means that having acted with commitment the eye muscles have worked, however moderation is recommended.
After doing the vision exercises it seemed like my vision was going from normal to slightly blurry, is this normal?
Yes, it is very normal, it represents a sure improvement. The accommodation having been stimulated, responds involuntarily: as you continue training it will pass.
