OPTO Gel free A is an innovative solution for the treatment of severe dry eye, also able to provide metabolic support to the ocular surface.

The 0.30% concentration of Hyaluronic Acid ensures maximum hydration, lubrication and protection of the ocular surface. In case of severe or chronic dry eyes, OPTO Gel free A is the most suitable product, also due to its prolonged permanence on the eye. OPTO Gel free A can also be recommended for hydration and night-time protection of the ocular surface.

Amino acids, at the ocular surface level, have positive biological effects on both cell vitality and functional activity, providing greater protection and contributing to the repair of damaged corneo-conjunctival epithelia.

It is indicated as a supplement to the mucin layer of the tear film, in the treatment of severe or nocturnal dry eyes to hydrate, lubricate and protect the ocular surface.
